The rosters will be 8/6 or can be negotiable for 2/2, FIFO Ex Perth only and experience with a start up operations will be highly desired. Reporting to the Site Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting the site team with all day-to-day operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Daily data entry of for the mining operations (Drilling, Haulage, Blasting & Mining Data)Daily time keeping for all staff on siteBi Monthly and Monthly payroll preparations with a heavy SAP focusFlights and Roster ManagementDrive in Drive Out travel managementProcessing of New Starters and Visitors to SiteUse of multiple systems including MinRep, Travel Management System, INX & SAPCreation and processing of labour requests, purchase orders and invoicingDaily filing and records managementSkills, Experience & Attributes:Previous Site Administration experience (Min 2 years) is a MUST with underground experience being highly desiredHeavy data entry and payroll experience (Especially using SAP) will be very highly regardedExperience establishing and maintaining large excel spreadsheets & rostersExcellent communication and people skillsGreat attention to detail and a result driven approachCurrent Australian Manual Driver LicenseYour proactive attitude to safety and highly driven work ethic will see you as a much-valued employee, who aligns with Barminco's values and ‘can do' attitude.   • Flights and Roster Management
  • Drive in Drive Out travel management
  • Processing of New Starters and Visitors to Site
  • Use of multiple systems including MinRep, Travel Management System, INX & SAP
  • Creation and processing of labour requests, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Daily filing and records management

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Previous Site Administration experience (Min 2 years) is a MUST with underground experience being highly desired
  • Heavy data entry and payroll experience (Especially using SAP) will be very highly regarded
  • Experience establishing and maintaining large excel spreadsheets & rosters
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
  • Current Australian Manual Driver License
