Living and working in different countries and adapting to other cultures can be challenging yet rewarding.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in OHS;Certificate IV Assessment & Training and the ability to deliver training through multiple media. Trainers will be required to deliver both theory and practical training;Ability to conduct quality risk assessments, investigations and report writingExtensive background in the Underground Mining industry, with a working knowledge of multiple disciplines and experience in Mines Rescue is preferable;Ability to engage, communicate and influence Managers and Employees including Non English speaking nationals;Exceptional organisational and communication skills.In line with AUMS's values and ‘can do' attitude, your proactive attitude to safety  and your driven work ethic will see you as a much valued employee.    You will be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package, and work a roster of 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off completing our vision of work life balance within a strong team environment.A full pre-employment medical will be required, including a drug and alcohol screen, relevant vaccinations and site specific clearances.
