Project Managers to join us in our African Operations on a 6 week on, 4 week off roster.Project Managers & Alt. Project Managers are fully accountable for the performance of their AUMS operation across all areas including safety, environment & profitability, the role is vital to the success of our business. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the project in order to maximise shareholder returns while sustaining excellence in customer satisfaction.Preferably, but not limited to, degree qualified in Mining Engineering, the successful candidates must have demonstrated previous success as an Underground Mining Contract Project Manager.Candidates will possess the following skills and experience:Sound knowledge of all aspects of underground mining techniques and the equipment employed.Strong inter-personal and leadership skills with a strong team focus.Working knowledge of basic economics and financial accounting.Capable of establishing, managing and executing a plan.Sound judgement, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.Understand the complexities and various aspects of managing an Underground Contract Mining scopeExperience and understanding of the various aspects of commercial contractsResults and outcome drivenYour proactive attitude to safety and driven work ethic will see you as a much valued employee in line with AUMS’s values and ‘can do’ attitude, and will be rewarded with a highly competitive, targeted, remuneration package completing our vision of a work life balance in a strong team environment.Prior to hire you will be required to sit a full pre-employment medical, including vaccinations required for the area you will be working, a drug and alcohol screen and site specific clearances.  Australia - WA Perth
