Skills, Experience & Attributes

ESSENTIAL:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar position within the Resources Sector
  • Extensive experience in Quality Management
  • Possess Lead Auditor certifications with demonstrated experience in auditing across all business functions
  • Experience working as a quality assurance or systems auditor
  • Solid experience and Certification in contemporary quality control
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and associated standards
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis / statistical methods
  • Strong communication and people skills, and the ability to engage with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a results and goal driven approach

DESIRABLE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science with 4+ years relevant work experience would be desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma and Lean Management Principals would be desirable, as well as having undertaken Six Sigma or Lean Management Training
  • Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate 4 in OH&S
