We look forward to receiving your application for the following position.The Opportunity:Barminco Ltd is currently seeking a suitably experienced Quality Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Hazelmere.Reporting to the Group Manager of Innovations & Technology you will be responsible for the accurate management and safeguarding of the Barminco Integrated Management System (IMS) and all documentation generated by the key stakeholders in support of day-to-day operations.This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, dynamic and outcome focused environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the process owner and ensure full compliance for all document control activities and processes, especially during external and certification auditsComplete quality assurance reviews of all management system changes made to documentationComplete system audits as requiredAssist the HSE&T Team and Quality and Compliance Coordinator with all administration type activities when requiredComplete Monthly Reports and others as requiredWork to improve the profile of the Barminco Integrated Management System by establishing effective relationships with all key internal stakeholdersAct as the gate keeper for all management system documentation in accordance with ISO9001Assist the SPI Audit Team members in regards to the internal audit processContinuously develop and improve the Integrated Management System to ensure it is best fit for business practicesAssist in innovation and technology initiatives as requiredSkills, Experience & Attributes:5 + years’ document control experience is essentialExtensive experience in a similar role within the Resources SectorExperience establishing and maintaining document control management systemsHave an established understanding and knowledge of ISO9001Thorough understanding of methodologies of quality assurance, as well as standardsExcellent communication and people skillsGreat attention to detail and a result driven approachAuditing Qualifications would be desirableYour proactive attitude to safety and highly driven work ethic will see you as a much-valued employee, who aligns with Barminco's values and ‘can do' attitude. The Opportunity:

Barminco Ltd is currently seeking a suitably experienced Quality Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Hazelmere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the process owner and ensure full compliance for all document control activities and processes, especially during external and certification audits
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of all management system changes made to documentation
  • Complete system audits as required
  • Assist the HSE&T Team and Quality and Compliance Coordinator with all administration type activities when required
  • Complete Monthly Reports and others as required
  • Work to improve the profile of the Barminco Integrated Management System by establishing effective relationships with all key internal stakeholders
  • Act as the gate keeper for all management system documentation in accordance with ISO9001
  • Assist the SPI Audit Team members in regards to the internal audit process
  • Continuously develop and improve the Integrated Management System to ensure it is best fit for business practices
  • Assist in innovation and technology initiatives as required

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • 5 + years’ document control experience is essential
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the Resources Sector
  • Experience establishing and maintaining document control management systems
  • Have an established understanding and knowledge of ISO9001
  • Thorough understanding of methodologies of quality assurance, as well as standards
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
  • Auditing Qualifications would be desirable
