We look forward to receiving your application for the following position.The Opportunity:Barminco Ltd is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Planner to join our Head Office located in Hazelmere.Reporting to the Asset Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving improved SAP utilisation, maintenance planning and scheduling processes to ensure a reliable, efficient and effective approach is achieved.This challenging position will provide you with an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, dynamic and outcome focused environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintaining SAP PM Module integrity including master dataIdentifying opportunities to enhance/optimise SAP PM Module and Work Management ProcessesDevelop opportunities to improve the maintenance planning and scheduling processes.Drive the planning and scheduling processes to enable sites to achieve a robust and accurate 7/21 maintenance schedule/plan in accordance with each sites operating plans.Lead Work Management KPI’s for the department and address gaps with site teamsEnsure sites are managing and addressing their backlogsEnsure sites are managing their SAP data integrityOversee that all statutory/safety work orders are being completed by the sites in accordance with relevant regulations, site standards and time frames.Provide maintenance planning support for the department and sites as required.Monitor the maintenance PM tasks for emerging issues; liaise with the sites and assist where necessary to enhance end users knowledge, SAP data integrity and maintenance strategies.Develop, maintain and report maintenance plans and schedules using dashboards/metrics, and ensure targets are being achieved.
