These roles will work an 8 & 6 FIFO roster out of Perth.Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting site with technical, underground mining issues. Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Hold a Mine Engineering Degree
  • Have completed your graduate program along with time underground – two to five years’ experience preferred
  • Demonstrated progress to the attainment of your Shift Supervisors Certificate of Competency or First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency will be highly regarded
  • Possess the ability to lead by example, as well as motivate and engage your crews
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Be pro-active, solutions orientated, and customer focused

  • Have strong business acumen and be goal and results orientated
