The Opportunity:Barminco Ltd is currently seeking suitably experienced Underground AGI Drivers for our Agnew Mine Site in regional Western Australia.Reporting to the Batch Plant Supervisor you will be required to ensure that all aspects of concrete batching and delivery are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with Barminco and site requirements and procedures.Position offered are FIFO from Perth W.A. on a 14/7 roster.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and maintain equipment according to all Barminco Plant Operation & Maintenance procedures and fault reporting systems;Supply Shotcrete to areas as specified by the shift boss;Ensure concrete, shotcrete or fibrecrete are mixed to Barminco procedures and standards;Fuel up concrete truck and fill chemical tanks as required;Ensure all Barminco safety standards, policies & procedures are adhered to at all times;Display professional conduct at all times whilst working for or representing the company.All facets of batching operations including operation of batch plant loaderAssisting with general maintenance and cleaning requirements for batch plant and associated infrastructureUnderground labouring duties such as off siding jumbo’s and service crew at times when shotcreting is not requiredMinimum Requirements:‘HR’ Class Drivers Licence;Previous agitator experience;Knowledge of concrete additives and aggregates;Working at Heights Certificate;An acceptable National Police Clearance;Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical & DAS;Ability to work autonomously/independently with limited supervision;;Demonstrated abilities to work within a team environment;Previous experience working within the mining industry;Commitment to safety.Your proactive attitude to safety and driven work ethic will see you as a much valued employee in line with Barminco's values and ‘can do' attitude, and will be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package completing our vision of a work life balance in a strong team environment.A full pre-employment medical is required, including a drug and alcohol screen and site specific clearances.
